Our Consultation Process
Step 1: Initial Discovery Call (15–30 Minutes)
This is the first step in understanding your business and determining how we can help. During this no-obligation call, we’ll discuss your company’s structure, industry, and accounting needs. We’ll ask questions about how you currently manage your bookkeeping, whether you have payroll, and what level of financial reporting is required.

After gathering key details from our conversation, we conduct a deeper assessment of your accounting and financial process and needs. This includes reviewing your transaction volume, the complexity of your financial records, tax filing requirements, and any cleanup work that may be needed. Based on this analysis, we provide a custom proposal outlining the exact scope of services you need, the estimated monthly or annual cost, and a plan for onboarding. This ensures transparency in pricing and allows you to make an informed decision before moving forward.
Step 3: Onboarding & Setup
Once you decide to work with us, we guide you through a smooth onboarding process. This includes setting up or optimizing your QuickBooks Online account, migrating financial data from your previous system if necessary, and establishing secure document-sharing processes. We’ll also schedule an initial review to ensure everything is running smoothly and answer any questions. Our goal is to take the stress out of managing your finances by setting up a reliable, CPA-supervised system that gives you confidence in your numbers.
