Jeff Koblenz, CPA
Insurance and Real Estate Consultant
Jeff is focused on financial and operational improvements for businesses and real estate operations. He is also licensed in both insurance and real estate.
Jeff previously worked for many years with major finance organizations such as Deloitte, American Express, AIG and JP Morgan Chase in New York City where his consulting work supported executive-level and client decisions. He is proficient in financial analysis, operations, risk review, training and client relationships. In addition, Jeff has also been an exam tutor for professional certifications and evaluations including the CPA exam, the Series 7 exam, and real estate exams.
A graduate of both Rutgers University and New York University, Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s degree in real estate finance.
